This show features writing and visual art by members of the Writ112 writers’ collective, founded at Stateville Correctional Center, and system-impacted individuals from across the state who have been published in the magazine Feather Bricks. In the opening event on June 14th from 6-8pm, authors and their loved ones will read from selections of Writ112’s “Writing from Both Sides of the Moon” anthology and celebrate 4+ years of bimonthly Feather Bricks publications. More information on the artists and their work can be found at https://www.writersfromallsidesofthemoon.com/.
